Sunday Night

Fancy WineI love my husband - he's Lucas. I really do. I am sure at some point I will write a bunch more delicious drivel about how we met, got engaged, got married 4 days later.....but for now I must 'blog." Let it be known that Husband has MANY ideas - about 120 a minute, plus. I can only guess I have heard 33% of them, at most. It's a lot. A while back we laughed about how amusing we thought we both were (to be fair, he does do improv, I am just a sarcastic British cow) and we should write a book. Two squliion ideas later - a road bike he would build from scratch, the cooking course I would take, the photography business we would start, you get the picture - it's Saturday (I'm cleaning the apartment) and suddenly we have a blog! Ta Daaaa! "No pressure babe, just write when you feel like it". I feel pressure. Immediately. This is another thing I add to my mental and physical list - I'm constantly exhausted - by my own lists.

Anyhoo - I get home from 8+hours work, we are in the hot tub and he says "you didn't write in the blog today" (sad face). Well no, your right, I didn't. I was too busy faffing about before I left for work. SO - here I am, chlorine stinking, writing this. And......it came quite easily - are you still there?

I will close with this (I need a shower and my US weekly) - we got an aerator yesterday from one of my all time fave shops - Crate & Barrel (see earlier post re: Wedding Voucher from Cousin Jen and Paul). We opened the wine, splished it into the thing and drank it. Yum. Tastes like wine. Perhaps I am missing something. Afterall, we are the couple the buys 2 buck chuck by the case.

I shall wait for cousin Jen to teach us the finer intricacies at Christmas.
